itel mobile brand is inarguably one of the top entry-level smartphones you will find today. Their inexpensive lineup of options makes them popular in the whole continent. For Ugandan fans, MTN Uganda and itel mobile today have partnered to launched itel A58. A new entrant to the A-series and a predecessor to the itel A56 released last year in Uganda. 

Key features of the itel A58 include a 4,000mAh battery, Android Go Operating Systems, a dual cameras setup, and a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.

itel A58 Specifications

Compared to the predecessor from last year, itel A58 offers no noticeable improvements or upgrades to the user. It comes with the same 32GB storage and 1GB RAM, the same camera setup, a newer Chipset, a bigger screen size, and the newer Android 11 Go edition.

Taking a tour of the device, the top features a 3.5 mm audio jack with a Mono Speaker, while the right side presents the volume rocker and a power button. On the left, there’s a SIM card tray.  On the bottom, there’s a standard USB-A port with a 5W charging capacity.

On the front, you have a large 6.6-inch display with a waterdrop full screen and a selfie camera in the top bezel. On the back, there’s a dual-camera bump near the top with the flashlights and fingerprint scanner in the middle.

itel A58 Price and Availability in Uganda

itel A58 is available at any itel or any Tecno branded shop countrywide at a cost of UGX275,000. The itel A58 pro version still isn’t available on the market, at the launch however, we will keep you posted on the blog once it’s introduced to the market.
