Continuum is a Windows 10 Mobile feature that lets mobile applications to be run on a monitor using a wireless or wired adapter. The laptop sports a backlit keyboard, and it promises to offer around 10 hours of battery life. It comes with a 1080p 13.3-inch screen, various ports and everything is packed in an aluminum shell.

The UX is really similar to the one you get when connecting a Windows 10 Mobile smartphone to a more substantial monitor and connecting a dock and a Bluetooth keyboard. Now, all these accessories are bundled together into the same device, and this will obviously be much more convenient for the user.

Mirabook will use Continuum-enabled Windows 10 apps

You will be able to use:on the laptop. With around 1 million apps and every Microsoft, Adobe and Oracle suites available, you will be able to use the Windows Store as your library for daily business needs and entertainment.

More than that, the Mirabook will also be really affordable compared to full Windows 10 laptops. The device will be priced at $249. Overall, this could very well be a legit option for a segment of the market of users who only require a laptop for the most basic tasks and who are on a smaller budget.

Pre-orders are already open, so you can go to the official website and place your own pre-order. The units are expected to be shipped sometime around May 2018.
